Refunds

14 days, in full

If Boop is not for you, ask within 14 days of any payment and you get that payment back in full. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address you subscribed with, or tell me which one it was. The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with, through Stripe. It usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

A refunded payment also cancels your subscription, so Boop stops being licensed from then on. Your drawings are ordinary files on your computer and are not affected.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel any time, from your subscription page or by writing to me. Boop keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Months more than 14 days after their payment are not refunded in part.
