Refunds

14 days, in full

If Boop is not for you, you can have your latest payment back in full within 14 days of paying it - once a year. You do not have to give a reason.

How to get it

Go to the refund page and paste the licence key from the email Boop sent you. The refund is made there and then, back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually appears within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

A payment more than 14 days old, one already refunded, or a second refund within a year to the same card or email address cannot be refunded.

What happens after a refund

A refunded payment also cancels your subscription, so Boop stops being licensed from then on. Your drawings are ordinary files on your computer and are not affected.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel any time, from your subscription page. Boop keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you will not be charged again. Months more than 14 days after their payment are not refunded in part.
